Charles Ray Page was born January 27, 1964 in SHreveport, LA to the late Douglas Sr and Dessie Page. He accepted Christ at an early age and joined Bethel Baptist Church in Frierson, LA. He was a graduate of Captain Shreve High School.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents Douglas and Dessie Page. He also leaves to cherish his memory three sisters Joyce (Richard), Juanita (Frederick), Linda (Phillip), his brother Douglas Jr, and other relatives.
