Chad Douglas Crank, 48, passed peacefully, July 20, 2021 with family by his side from his battle with advanced lung disease.

Chad is survived by his loving wife, Denise and two beautiful children, Kinleigh and Riley. His wild sense of humor and kind heart will be remembered by all.

A "Celebration of Life" will be held August 7, 2021 from 12-4 PM at Pepito's located at 4015 Fern Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71104.

In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions in Chad's name be made to the United Network for Organ Sharing @ unos.org.
