Carolyn Joyce Spinks Calhoun

(aka) wife, bestfriend, mom,meme,G-mee passed away February 8, 2024, at the age of 73.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ishamel and Levis Ruthie Spinks, Brothers Doug, Dourd, Donnie, and Glenn. She is survived by brother Harvey Spinks (ski) and wife Louise. Sisters Virginia Spinks and Jane Dunn, Husband Jerry Calhoun, Son Chris, Shared daughter Jennifer Combs. Grandchildren Daykota, Shyanne, Rebekah, Hayley. Great grandchildren Elijah, Alexander, and Charleigh along with many nieces and nephews.

During her life she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baptist Christian College and an Associates degree of Biblical Studies from the International School of Ministry.

She loved strongly and deeply with her amazing heart and was never afraid to tell you how she felt. She was a beautifully created, powerful work of art and will be loved and remembered by all who knew her. The hours and minutes tick by slowly, and it's finally time to say goodbye, She will be so dearly missed.
