Carlota Francia Blyler, born in Angles City, Philippines and lived in Shreveport, Louisiana, passed away on January 29, 2022. Carlota was surrounded by her two children Sherie Blyler and Carl Blyler.

Carlota was born on September 5, 1952. Her mission in life was to care and love her children to the fullest. She will be remembered as being generous, brave, and beautiful.

Her eight year old granddaughter says, "she cares for everybody", well put.

At her request there will be no memorial service or funeral by her family. She wished to be remembered and acknowledged as a loving mother and grandmother, AKA "APO".
