Obituary

"Music gives the soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything."
Brian David,age 60, passed away peacefully on Wednesday February 3,2021 at The Guest House Nursing Facility, Shreveport, LA. He was born November 12,1960 in Sulphur, LA to Ivy"Bobby"Jason David and Peggy Bergeron David.
Brian, a 1978 graduate of Sulphur High School. His greatest accomplishments in life besides his 3 children was his love for horses and music. He started playing the guitar at age 12. He played lead guitar in venues across Louisiana, Texas and beyond with country music being his favorite genre. He also loved being a ranch hand and working cattle. All done with love and great passion from his heart and soul.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Samantha Gayle Pitre-David, his father, Ivy "Bobby" Jason David, and his nephew, Jayson Jude Hardin.
He is survived by his children, Devin Granger, Matthew David, Loren David and one grandson, Lane Granger. As well as his mother, Peggy Bergeron David, his sister, Denise David-Bryant, and nephew Justin Luke Terro.

Celebration of Life Service at
KC hall on Tana St, Sulphur, LA
Jody Barrieaux will lead the service.
His musician friends will play a few tunes during the service. They will also  continue playing in honor of Brian, and his incredible talent, passion and love for music.
