Bobby Jean Witt Sparks, 89, was born on December 21, 1931 in Ulvah, Kentucky to James and Maggie Witt. She passed away peacefully at The Carpenter House on Saturday, February 6, 2021. Bobby resided in Bossier City, LA and was an Air Force Veteran. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Bossier City and enjoyed singing in the choir. Bobby relished her independence and retired from Dillard's after selling housewares for 25 years. She will be remembered for her love for the Lord, her family, reading novels, and Atlanta Braves baseball!

Bobby was preceded in death by her daughter, Melinda Garner Sparks. She is survived by her sisters Martha Lutes and Eleanor Conley, son, Robert Sparks and wife Kaci Sparks, son-in-law, James Garner, and her grandchildren, Meagan Tullis and her husband, Lee Tullis, Corie Sparks, Sarah Sparks, and Hunter Garner.
