Bobby David Middleton Sr.
Bobby D Middleton Sr., 70, departed on January 09, 2022, at Willis Knighton Pierremont Hospital. He was born February 8, 1951, in Kewanee, Missouri, the son of David Arthur and Helen Lucille Baxter Middleton.
Bobby graduated from North Pemiscot High School, Class of 1965. Following graduation, Bob married his high school sweetheart, Janet Rene' Gurley. They celebrated their 51 st wedding anniversary in August. Bobby loved music and at age 15 become the lead singer of the band Destinations. He recorded an album and performed on Bandstand hosted by Bob Horn, which later became known as American Bandstand. He spent over 40 years as management in the hospitality industry. Bobby also loved fishing, westerns, weather watching, spending time with his family. Above all, Bobby was the proudest of his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Billy Arthur Middleton of Sikeston, MO., James Alton Middleton of Cahokia, IL., and his sister Mary Lois Middleton Keaster of Sikeston, MO. Survived by his wife, Janet Rene' Gurley Middleton, are his daughter, Lori Rene' Middleton Terrett and her husband Randy Terrett of Shreveport, La.; Granddaughter Kristin Bethany Goff Herbert and her husband, Anthony Herbert of Shreveport, La.; Great Grandchildren Colin Michael, Anslee Rene', and Abby Grace Herbert, Grandson Hunter Keith Goff and his wife Savannah Renee Dillon Goff; Great Grandson, Samuel Wyatt Goff, his son Bobby David Middleton Jr. and his wife Jennifer Michelle Adams Middleton of Bethany, La.; Grandson Bobby David Middleton III and wife Sarah Lynn Marie Russell Middleton of Shreveport, La.; Great Grandchildren Brylie Shea, Bobby David IV, and Marshall Alexander Middleton, Granddaughters Morgan Paige and Kylie Noelle Middleton of Bethany, La. , his son William Erik Middleton and wife Julie Charissia Gorr Middleton of Shreveport, LA. ; Grandsons Liam James and Noah Erik Middleton, and his son Brandon Scott Middleton of Shreveport, La.; sisters Ruthie Jean Middleton Moore of Waterloo, IL. and Brenda Kay Middleton Wheatley and her husband Mack of Sikeston, Mo.; many nieces and nephews.
