Billie Sue Boggs of Shreveport, Louisiana passed away on Monday, June 13, 2022. She was born on August 6, 1942 in Mansfield, Louisiana to James Melvin Yawn and LaRue Tompson Yawn. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Albert Lynn Boggs, Sr.; brothers Melvin Yawn and Freddie Yawn; one grandson Corey King.

Left to cherish her memories are sons Albert "Boogie" Boggs, Jr. and wife Dana, and Bojo Boggs and wife Rachel; daughters Shelia King and Tammy Boggs Register; sister Faye Morgan; 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren with one due to arrive in July. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at 10am Friday, June 17, 2022 at Aulds Funeral Home Chapel in Shreveport. A service will follow at 11am with Pastor Brian Opbroek officiating. Serving as pallbearers are Tyler Berry, Jake Boggs, Justin Hermes, Jonathan Lowry, Jody Matthews, Matt Rinaudo, and Jeff Ramsey.
