In Loving Memory of
Betty Jean Windham Blunt

September 5, 1943 – November 10, 2021

Betty J. Blunt passed away peacefully on November 10,
2021. Betty was a beloved mother of two children, a
daughter Rhonda Bailiff and son Robert Kenneth Smith,
Jr. Betty worked many years as realtor in Texas, and
most recently worked with her daughter and son-in-law
at their car dealership. However, her greatest joy was her
grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she loved
to spoil. Betty was loved by all her siblings and friends
and she never met a stranger. Often when visiting or
traveling everyone she came in contact with were
lovingly calling her Aunt B or Grannie B by the end of her
visit whether visiting friends, family or on vacation. She
loved cooking and she loved to garden. She had a green
thumb and always had beautiful flowers and vegetables
growing every season. Betty enjoyed the outdoors, to
travel and she loved to fish.
Betty is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Rhonda and
Lane Bailiff of Stonewall, La. Son Robert Kenneth Jr. of
Blanchard. Grandchildren Shay, Grayson, Madeline,
Cody, and Christian Bailiff, and Trey, Peyton and Caleb
Smith. Great Grandchildren, Elle and Noah Bailiff.
Brother Jimmy Windham and wife, Christel of
Coushatta,La. Sisters Beth Walters and husband Randall
of Baton Rouge, La. And Cathy Stewart of Oak Grove, La.
And numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other
family and friends.
Her parents, J.C. and Opal Windham and sister Judy K.
Miley precede her in death.
Rest In Peace sweet sister, we will love you always and
you will remain in our hearts forever.
Memorial Services to be held on Saturday November 20
2021 at 1:00 PM. Aulds Funeral Home 7849 E Kings Hwy,
Shreveport, La.
