Bettie Lucille Oliver Ware

Bettie Lucille Oliver, age 78, of Stonewall, Louisiana, passed away early Friday morning, June 30, 2023 at a local hospital after her extended battle of Ovarian Cancer.

She is preceded in death by her father Willie Jack Oliver Sr, mother Sally Lucille Oliver, Son-In-Law Michael Dale Massey and the father of her children John E. Ware, Sr.

She is survived by her children, Zolanda Lannie Massey, John E. Ware, Jr., and Michael D. Ware; her Grand-Children Jeffrey Dale Massey and Life Partner Justin Gieger, Bettie K. Massey, Ruslan Sattarov, Edward Ware and Nadezda "Nadya" Ware; and 1 Great-Grand-Child Maddix Rae "Maddi" Massey. Also surviving her are her siblings- Brother Willie Jack Oliver, Jr., Sister Jamie Palinsky and Husband John, Sister Donna Shelton and Sister Awanda Hester and Husband Steve.

She has numerous nieces and nephews, as well as friends who she considered family and called her Nana.

Pall Bearers will be Jimbo Oliver, Lynn Cobb, Jeff Massey, Justin Gieger, Steve Hester and Steve Evans.  Honorary Pallbearers are Joey Presley and Roy Stump, Jr.

Viewing will be held, Monday, July 3, 2023, at Aulds Funeral Home, 7849 E. Kings Highway, Shreveport La, 71115 beginning at 3pm with Services being performed by Pastor Joey Ketchum at 4pm.  Private Graveside services will be performed at Centuries Memorial Park on Wednesday July 5th.
