Belinda H. Rodriguez, age 70, of Haughton, Louisiana, passed away on May 6, 2026. She was born on December 18, 1955, in Leesville, Louisiana. She lived the majority of her life in Haughton, Louisiana as a single woman raising her family.

She is preceded in death by her mother Elizabeth Ann Haymon Philyah, father Dewey Haymon, and stepfather Archie Philyah. 

Belinda is survived by her son, Scotty L. Rodriguez and his wife Christina M. Rodriguez; son, Samuel Rodriguez Jr; grandchildren, Samantha Rodriguez, Tyler Rodriguez, Devon Warner, Jay Warner, Dawn-Marie Warner, Coby Rodriguez, Alyssa Rodriguez, Haden Rodriguez, Hailey Rodriguez, Jazlyn Kent, and Jeiana Kent; and great grandchildren, Ace Illies, Theo Illies, Ellie Mae Illies, and Dallas Rodriguez.

She will be greatly missed but the families hearts are full with memories and the knowledge she's no longer in pain.

A memorial service will be held on the family property to be determined at a later date.
