A memorial service to celebrate the life of Barbara Stokes Lee will be held at 6:00 p.m., Friday, September 13, 2013, at Aulds Funeral Home located at 7849 E. Kings Hwy., officiated by Pastor Bryan Reed of the Simple Church. Barbara was born on November 15, 1935, in Bernice La. and passed away on Friday, September 6, 2013 at her home in Vivian, LA after a lengthy illness. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed. Barbara is preceded in death by her husband William Lee, parents, T.B. and Evon Stokes. Left to cherish her memory are her son James Lee and his special friend Kathryn Richardson; former daughter-in-law Krystal Lee; grandson Michael Lee and his wife Michelle, granddaughter Heather Bice and her husband Sean and grandson Taylor Lee; great-grandchildren Brennan and Lexi Lee and Riley Bice, and numerous extended family and friends.
